Put the wrong people in charge. Reward incompetence. “Be pleasant to inefficient workers; give them undeserved promotions.” An organization that can’t function effectively doesn’t need to be sabotaged—it’s already sabotaging itself.

Big pro tip: if they're working to convince you something doesn't matter or work, it almost certainly does. One doesn't waste time and resources stopping opposition from being pointless.
Well, I'm retired and not in any kind of industry, but I dang well got my copy before people start using it and it gets classified again.
It also brings to mind an old labor tactic, more for organized resistance than individual, but worthy of mention. It was/is called "work to rule" and it was a form of work slow-down by doing only the absolute minimum that was specifically required by the rules. A variation, which I think had a different name, involved doing the maximum allowed. For example, if you could - but normally wouldn't - file five copies of some report or order to different departments, you do it. Under the right circumstances, it could bring a bureaucracy to a halt by drowning it in the weight of its own rules.
It's pretty obvious bc Elon has beds in the Government Departments.. Treasury and USAID we're taken over by his guys ..hacks w/ black back packs. People saw them !!! 👁️
